- 1 bunch broccoli rabe
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp. bionaturae Olive Oil
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano
- 1 lb bionaturae Penne Rigate
- Instructions
- Wash and peel off thicker skins of broccoli rabe, then cut into 1-inch long pieces.
- Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tbsp. of salt.
- Cook broccoli rabe and pasta together for 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain.
- Add tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil to a large skillet and cook on medium-low for 3 minutes. Toss pasta and broccoli rabe in the skillet for 1 minute.
- Add grated cheese and serve.
