Freezing our organic fruit nectars in popsicle molds makes for a sweet and refreshing warm-weather treat! You can match the fruit to each juice ...so the colors are bright or experiment with mixing other fruits to make your favorite combinations.

• Ingredients
• 2 cups frozen fruit
• 1 cup bionaturae Organic Fruit Nectar (of your choice)
• ¼ cup maple syrup

1. Instructions
2. Blend together frozen fruit, nectar, and maple syrup.
3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 8 hours.
4. When ready to serve, briefly run the popsicle molds under warm water to help the popsicles release.
